Snake Oil

Snake oil eh? Although I haven't made out the immediate visual clues yet. Usually "Snake oil" is referring to the "snake oil sales person", sort of wares and medicine paddling man back in the day where such thing isn't being regulated. The Snake oil is often, in fact derivative or moon shine or other such chemicals design the deceive its victim into its proclaimed effectiveness.

The composition itself seen pretty simple, and I am not sure what to make of it. Although I guess thinking about such things too much is just precisely the title indicate such thing is? Maybe I am thinking too much. >.>
